Returns Policy Criteria
In order to be eligible for a return:
- All items/good must be in their original packages with all their ticketing and tags attached
- Your items/goods must be unused and be in the same condition that you received them as
- You must be within 30 days from the date of your purchase. For any period of time that is after 30 days of your purchase, you will be ineligible for a return.
Return Process for Eligible Items
To start a return via email, please contact us through the email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return. If your return has been accepted, you will then receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
Exchanges are available for customers who wish to adjust the size of their item. If you wish to exchange your order, please contact email@example.com with your order number and new size you are wishing to exchange for. If your exchange has been accepted, you will then receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
- You will be responsible to pay for your own shipping cost for returning your item (if it occurs).
- Shipping labels that are provided are only valid for a limited amount of time. With each offical returns email we will specify a date for the items to be returned by. Any time after the specified date, you will no longer be eligible for a full refund.
