Shipping policy
At Bike On Track we are committed in delivering your orders in a timely and reliable manner. We understand that receiving your items on time is crucial, and we want to provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience. To ensure that you know what to expect when it comes to shipping, we have outlined our shipping policy and procedures below. Please take a moment to read through them before placing your order.

Disclaimer
Ownership of packages are turned over to your local carrier which is then transferred to the buyer. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information. Any shipping issues must be handled by the relevant carrier. We of course can assist you with such matters, however full responsibility will not be placed upon by us.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that the correct shipping address is inputted before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address. Once the package has been shipped the ownership of your package is turned over to your local carrier which. As such any shipping issues must be handled by the relevant carrier.
We of course can assist you with such matters, however any responsibility on how your package is shipped will not be placed upon the Bike On Track team.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with you tracking number and a link to track your package. To Track your order we have several options in place which include options such as:
Tracking your order via the shop app
Upon purchasing your product you will be given an order confirmation page where you have the option to track the your order via the Shop app. Please note that the QR code will only become available once your tracking number has been sent out.
- Download the Shop app on your mobile device from the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Once you have downloaded an installed the Shop app, open it and sign in using your account details
- Use the QR code that was provided in your order confirmation page which will redirected you to the Shop app.
- Once you find the order you want to track, tap on it to view your order details. You will see information such as the order status, estimated delivery date, and tracking information if available.
- You can also received notifications about your order status and shipping updates by enabling push notifications in the Shop app settings.
Track your order via our website
You also have the option to check the status of your order on our "Track Your Order" page. The link to this page is located in the upper right corner of our website. Alternatively, you can click on this link here. Once there, you may enter your tracking number or order number and email to check the status of your delivery.

**Please keep in mind that this does not include our 2-5 business day processing time.
However, it is important to note that our products are sourced from all around the world, making shipping times vary between manufacturers/suppliers. Additionally, shipping times that are listed above are an average and can be subjected to change. These estimated shipping times do not account for extraordinary circumstances such as Lunar New Year.
International Shipping
For international orders, please note that custom fees, taxes, and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for any delays of additional fees caused by customs processing.

Currency & Pricing
All transactions are processed in the currency shown on the product and checkout page. The tax will be shown on the checkout page before purchase. Any import tax duties are not shown at the checkout and each country is subjected to its own import tax duties.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Bike On Track is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
